Reading
My best reading topic is 'Do I look like public enemy number one?' This reading is prejudice of Arab people. This story is talking about one of Arab child talking about childhood story. This child is living with family. When she was a child she talks about differences opinion to family. After she grows up she experience to prejudice to American because at that time, it happened 9.11. All of American hate to Arab people. So, she got hard feeling and fight to prejudice about outside world but she keep to that prejudices. So, I am very proud of her mind learn to her patience.
TV
This program name is infinite challenge. This program is one of famous programs in my country in these days. This program sauce is artistic talents program. This show is start seven guys. These guys call themselves by little behind to the others but they always challenge anything. Such as, they challenge wrestling, aerobics, harvest, boxing, etc. Sometimes, they play the game and do the mission what they it. So, they must complete what they said in that program. Also, they make calendar and make money and they donate that money for poor people. That’s why, Korean people like this program.
Cultural identity
Korea cultural is emphasizing culture. The characteristics of Korean culture of traditional culture have affected Korean cultural policy by providing a rationale for cultural identity as a policy factor. All presidents have stressed the importance of Korean traditional culture as lying at the heart of cultural identity. It is possible to assume that characteristics of Korean traditional culture still remain, to a certain degree, influential up on the setting of cultural policy objectivities during the period extending from 1945 to the present day. Korean government sought to mobilize the characteristics of traditional culture as a means of establishing social and ethic cohesion and ultimately of cultural identity, which was the driving force of economic development. Furthermore traditional culture emphasizing spiritual culture has also been regarded as a cure for alleviating the conflicts of living in a commodity based eecnomy.
Pop culture
Pop culture is a part of my daily life in these days. Pop culture is easy to contact anyone. When I come this country I had lots of experience of U.S pop culture. Such as, movies, foods, musicals, musics. There are totaly diffrent cultures of my country U.S is western Korea is eatern. It is fascinating for me and it's chance to meet new cultures. I ove that and I understand western culture a little bit. Also, when I learned this subject I am trying to understand western culture little bit specific.
It is vert great time learn about pop culture. If i have a time I want to introduce of my culture to my countries friends.
Food
The kimchi is one of our traditional foods and considered as a crusial food in Korea. There are many kinds; 'Bachu kimchi', 'Got kimchi', Backimchi', and so on. There are spicy but very good for health.
Most people like and enjoy eating kimchi. These days more and more foreigns likes to eat kimchi.
Vegetables such as radish, cabbage, cucumber, young radish kimchi pickled in a low concentration of salt, pepper, mixed with seasonings such as onion, garlic, ginger, salted fish, eat fermented foods at low temperatures from the table of the Korean food is one of the indispensable.
Example, from juicy vegetables for long-term storage as a means of our ancestors, several methods have been devised. Different spices mixed with salt, pickled vegetables here how to eat has been developed, it became today's kimchi.

Movie
This movie is action romance to emotional and subtle feeling to between lone killer and disadvantage girl. It was sensational in 90’s. A lots of posters attached in coffee shops and department stores. This movie has lots of famous actors in this movie. Such as, Jean Reno, Garry Oldman, and Natalie Portman. Also, this film is mobilized most audiences in Korea before to ‘Untouchable: 1% friendship’ in French movie. This film story is ‘Leon’ is living next to Matilda. Matilda has step father but he is drug dealer. He is wrong administration to drug. So, Gary Oldman killed their families. He (Gary Oldman) is corrupt police and drug addict. Matilda was then luckily bought milk to step outside for Leon. So, Leon saves to Matilda’s life. Matilda infiltrate police station to kill ‘Stan filled (Gary Oldman)’ for their family. Then he capture to her. So, Leon rescue to her in police station. This is scenes are start to the climax. Finally, Leon is sacrificing himself for save Matilda. This movie is also talking about O.S.T. This film sound track is ‘Shape of my heart’ and singer is ‘Sting’. Funny thing is this song talking about lonely man gambler but it is similar match about Leon’s life. Also, Sting’s voice is similar match about Leon. This song is also sensational in 90’s.

Starting in 1992, dance and rap music became popular due to Seo-tae Ji with the rise of social media networks during the mid 2000s, the ability of K-pop to reach a previously inaccessible audience via the Internet is driving a shift in the exposure and popularity of the genre. His career is his music video is Guinness book. ‘GANGNAM STYLE’ is associated with the posh lifestyle in Seoul, South Korea’s GANGNAM is district where the people are trendy, hip and exude a certain “swag”. GANGNAM is compares to Beverly Hills in the U.S. He is own music style. Before he comes only lots of Idol groups lead K-pop. He is crazy about the music, stage and performing.
